Do I have to pay for this service?
No, we never charge job seekers for our staffing services. Search our open jobs or upload your resume and we will contact you once shortlisted for an interview.
So how does Connect Space – Ajira Kwako get paid?
Connect Space has a fee that it charges, which is paid by the future employer. This is already a setup agreement between us and the company that is looking to hire you, and it is not affecting your salary offer.
Does that mean that the candidate earns less money when placed by us?
No, it means the clients pay the recruitment agency the fee directly. It is not taken out of the new employee’s salary. However, it also means clients don’t have to pay the fee until the consultant gives them a successful candidate.
